4. SMS Program Terms

4.1 Program Description

By opting into Dominion’s SMS Program, you consent to receive text messages regarding updates, services, promotions, reminders, and other related communications. Message frequency may vary.

4.2 Opting Out

You may cancel the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP” to our short code. After you send “STOP,” you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you wish to rejoin, simply opt in again.

4.4 Carrier Liability

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4.5 Message & Data Rates

4.6 Privacy and SMS Data Use

We respect your privacy. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information may only be shared with subcontractors in support services (e.g., customer service) and only as necessary to provide the Services. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and features of the Services (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software) are owned by or licensed to Dominion and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any materials without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Dominion makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Services, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dominion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

8. Indemnification
